autumnmorning asked: Hi, I've been following your blog for a few months, great stuff. I wear my hair in a gentleman's side part; my hair is fine/thin but there is a hell of a lot of it. That means it gets poofy/puffy/fuzzy, you get the point. I use American Crew pomade mixed with American Crew grooming cream. I prefer not to use these overpriced salon products but they are the only water-based pomades that don't get hard. I've tried Layrite, Suavecito, Grant's, Lucky13 Swagger cream, all get hard, any tips/tricks?
Check out S-Curl’s 360 Styles Wave Control Pomade. You should be able to find it at Lucky’s and Walgreens. It’s one of my favorites and is readily available. It’s rinse-able, not water-soluble, but won’t take more than a normal shampoo to wash it out. Plus, it doesn’t harden!
